The Burning Chair, a bourbon produced at the newly built Savage and Cooke distillery on Mare Island in Vallejo, CA. Following a four-year fling with new American oak and a quickie inside barrels from Phinney’s Cabernet-based projects, the bourbon is bottled at 88 proof with pristine water from the Alexander Valley.
