Drawn from the rolling limestone hills of central Kentucky, it represents a bold, old-school bourbon tradition celebrated for its depth, balance, and character.
The nose opens with rich caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, orange peel, roasted pecans, and warm baking spices. The palate delivers layers of dark toffee, honey-roasted peanuts, cherry preserves, cinnamon, clove, and charred oak, carried by a remarkably rich, oily mouthfeel. Despite its 121 proof, the whiskey remains beautifully balanced and approachable.
The finish is long and satisfying, revealing cracked black pepper, cocoa, seasoned oak, lingering vanilla, and a touch of Kentucky spice that slowly fades with exceptional elegance.
