Barbados - 61.00% - A blend of two 14 year double-matured single blend rums. The first matured for 5 years in Ex-Bourbon barrels, then transferred to Ex-Cognac casks for another 9 years. The second was matured for 12 years in Ex-Bourbon, then in Ex-Camus Cognac casks for 2 more years.
